2008-2009 Clubs - DCHS, DMS and RMS

Yay!  I've talked to all the schools and am moving forward with the clubs in the middle schools!   Over this weekend I will be evaluating my schedule and determining which day I will be at each school.   Here's what I know so far:

Dawson County Middle School
During the PTSO meeting next monday, I will be there to answer any questions parents may have about DSF and what we do.    I'm making a poster that will be up in the cafeteria for students to sign up.   All of DCMS' club will meet after school with the exception of the first meeting.    I'll post here in a few days what day we will be meeting.

Riverview Middle School
We will be putting together a video that students will be able to watch over the next week or so before selecting what clubs they want to join. RMS will have club days every 2-3 weeks during school and I will be there to talk to students about what is going on after school.   We will be meeting weekly after school one day a week as usual, but will meet on club days as well.    For those students that want to be in other clubs during club days it is totally OK just to come after school.   It is not a requirement to come during the school time unless they want to!    I am tentatively partnering with the Drama and Art teachers during club days.

Dawson County High School
Postponed starting as of 8/25/08
