On Friday I will be traveling to Atlanta where all the production team leaders will draw their genre.  I have to be there at 6pm and should have it by 7PM.

MEETING 6:30 P.M. with Director - Brittany M.

Brittany will be holding a meeting at 6:30pm  to organize everyone and to get everyone familiar with the schedule.  Think about what your skills are because she will be asking everyone what team they want to work on.     You'll probably want to be on multiple teams to help out others.    The teams will be the following:

*) Writers

*) Production - Producers/Wardrobe/Props/Makeup

*) Cast - Actors

*) Technical - Camera/Grip/Audio/Lighting/Behind the Scenes

*) Scoring - Composers/Musicians

*) Editing

CRASHING:   Over the weekend, I'm sure you may need to get an hour or so catnap here and there.    Bring a sleeping bag/pillow if you want.    We'll have the whole basement for crash space.    Not sure where we will be filming, but this will be our home base for the planning, writing and editing.

FOOD PLAN:  Plan is to order pizza Friday night.   Bring $4-$5 to pitch in, rest of the weekend we have covered.   If you have any food connections let me know.

EVERYONE Needs a signed release form whether you appear in the film or not.   Please print one and sign and bring with you.   If you are under 18, your parents need to sign!

Brittany will be working with you guys to organize the brainstorming and beginning the script writing.  I'll be back as soon as I can.

Check out the overall schedule to get an idea about how the weekend will go as far as timing of events.    Friday night once we get a script underway, we'll be scavenging for props, wardrobe and the like.   So let your parent and friends know we might be calling in the middle of the night to find "Stuff".   The plan is to start the filming Saturday morning.

The completed project needs to be delivered back to Atlanta by 7PM sunday.

There are about 65 other teams and we are in the screening group F.

If you want to go to the screening, I can get group rate tickets if we have enough people that want to go.  I'm not sure if I can provide transportation, but we can work out those details later.
